A personalized care plan is developed with the client and family, with ongoing skilled supervision and evaluation.  We provide resources and advice as needs arise;  non-medical home care is available from 3-hour visits to around the clock seven days a week.

We provide assist for mobility problems, whether for transfers and safety from falls or turning in bed.  We can accompany to medical and dental appointments, or for shopping or a weekly outing.

If there is a decreased capacity for self-care, we assist clients with personal care and hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal preparation and eating.  We provide medication reminders.

Caregivers do light house keeping and meal preparation, linen changes and laundry.  We do errands, menu planning and marketing and manage household needs.

 

Reassurance phone calls can provide daily medication reminders or a safety check.  Errand assistance is available for clients unable to drive. 

 

Respite care is available to allow a break for family members or caregivers, ranging from a few hours for personal business or longer if family members need to be out of town.

Our experience with the Phoenix health care system allows us to select our caregivers for integrity, dependability, courtesy, patience, caring and judgment.  They receive ongoing instruction, are certified in CPR, and have passed driving and criminal background checks, with a verified work history.  Our caregivers are direct employees of the company;  they are insured and bonded.  We will personally introduce your caregiver at their first visit;  we stand behind our promise of dependable, compatible care.
